Who's pants on fire???

     Anyone remember that old children saying, " Liar, Liar pants on fire, hanging from a telephone wire."

     Well that's what I think of our interim GM.  He has lied to all of us rate payers.  Mr.IGM told us all at the 218 meeting he'd do everything in his power to cut costs. Has he NO!!!!  Spending over $2600.00 for paint and now buying snow chains for all the trucks, why, why???  I tell you it's almost as if the employee is out to spend the money as fast as it comes in.  Especial the employee that can spend the money, like our IGM.
     I can see painting the office building because they use only a thin coat of paint in such structures. And picking the colors of the business for the office, but why paint a building with a tile roof those colors. It looks #~@^%&*<>:+ are they color blind. It reminds me of something you find in Mexico. Sorry Mexico!!
And why paint a building that did not need it, and you do not want it to stand out?? It's not a home property it's a business.
  Is this employee enforcing our policy's and procedures, again NO!!  I believe he wants everyone to believe he's doing a great job, however, it's window dressing to me.  Let's get down to the real business of our CSD to provide us with clean, safe, AFFORDABLE, drinking water..
      WHY, WHY, are they buying drinks from the market??? Seems to me that it would be cheaper to go to Costco and stock-up on theses drinks.  Get a couple ice chests to put on the trucks and buy ice from the market.
     In theses tough times businesses are cutting spending and some employees are having to take cuts to keep their jobs.  Businesses are cutting insurance coverage and employee benefits.  Has CSD done any of theses things, again NO!! The employees haven't even lost some of their holiday pay. So what if the rest of the governments are closed that day..  Our CSD employees are being paid for over 10 holidays a year. Cut them back to 6 holiday pay days. Pay them for Memorial Day, the fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, and they only get paid for theses holidays if they land on a week day. Which of course is thanksgiving day and labor day, end of story.
     You know anyone who will lie to you will steal from you as well!!
      Our CSD is a " will to work" place which means any employee can be fired with out cause any time.. And all of our employees know this or should know it..  That's why I do not understand how any employee can legally sue for being fired.  But then again I'm sure that there are lawyers out there that will take any case, because a lawyer takes an oath to the court system, them to other lawyers, them themselves, with the client being fourth on the list.. And that my friends is how our court system works. 
      Please come to the CSD meeting on Monday the 16th of May!!!

AS PRESSURE BUILDS THINK!!

     We are in very interesting times right now..  I'm very much into astrology and the last time the earth experienced the energy that is hitting us now was from 1848 to 1864.  During that time history tells us that we had the California Gold Rush, the Civil War, and the telegraph lines were hit with a solar storm and knocked out all communications.  It was the end of Napoleon and the last dictator of France. It was definitely civil unrest every were, not just here.. 
     What would happen if the satellites were hit with a solar storm today??? All communication would be gone, cell phones,atms,credit card transactions, internet, television programs,etc.  Would this be a bad thing or a good thing to happen.  I'm thinking it would be a very good thing to happen.  I would miss my computer, my phone is a land line but it probably would not work   AND THOSE NEW DEVISES THE WATER DEPT. IS PLANNING ON ONCE AGAIN, would not work either.
     The engineering firm that the water dept. depends on for expertise has all ready told the dept. they would not work here.  Why, Why, are we going thorough this again.  Maybe just maybe the technology has reached to the point that these devices would work now.  I for one do not trust that it has. Yes, oh yes there has been some astounding new devices coming out and mark my word we haven't see it all yet, but its coming ready or not..
     As gas prices continue to rise and food prices, what are those living here on fixed incomes going to do??
I for one critical thinker will survive.  We are planting our own garden, cutting back on our spending, and have had to switch are brand of coffee. The coffee I have been buying for a number of years now has gone from $13.00 to $22.00 in just a year.  Gas prices at the pumps also effect the price I have to pay for propane. Well I plan on installing a wood burning stove for heat and cooking, thank goodness I have a wood burning cook book.
     You know the directors on the water board really have a lot of power if they would just make policy's and procedures.. Or better yet enforce the ones they have!! Since two employees in trusted positions have been caught in lies how can the current board members trust them, the answer they can't be trusted.




     

Intelligent Life???

Excuse me but is there any intelligent life on the water board???


     I for one have my doubts.  You would have had to be there to see the incompetence.
     For one thing you have Emory bouncing around like a ping pong ball about do I want to be president or not.
     You have a interim General Manager calling a board meeting that was not legal and Charice putting it on the schedule, she had to know that is was not legal.. If she was unaware of the legality, what is she doing making the big bucks, it's the blind leading the blind..
     What a waste of my time to even attend that meeting not to mention my frustration at the incompetence of the staff and board.  Is it any wonder that our water bills have jumped up to the cost it has?? We have idiots running the show in my opinion.  Hang on to your wallets folks, mark my words, they will piss off the raise in funds and have to get more from us.
     How hard can it be to update the policy's from 1996?  Just put in what the lawyer recommends add what you think needs to be more specific and get it done!!  This is not rocket science. Oh, and by the way the president doesn't realize the employees have a policy in place to work from, it just needs to be followed and enforced.  And don't get me started about the board secretary, I swear she is there just to create chaos..  I'm not sure who is worse the president or the board secretary at creating chaos, they are both so good at it..
     Poor Mark and Vicki they do not stand much of a chance in getting anything accomplished with the other three bozos.. 

Alfier Park!!

Well guess what they want to install, a parking lot for horse trailers at Alfier Park..  I'm sorry, but, that is home for the red leg frog which is on the endangered species list.. These parks are for the members and their friends.. They were not designed for outside clubs..

Do you believe that some riders living here, take their horse in a trailer to travel to different areas of our subdivision?? They are not true horse riders then, they are city folk that want to pretend being real horse riders.. Real horse riders would ride to the different parts of our subdivision on a horse!!

Guess how much money they are asking for this project that is not in reserve funds, almost $10,000.00.  Who is going to maintain this addition?? The Trailblazers???   Who, by the way were placed under the umbrella  of our parks!! What a mistake that decision was.. What do you think???

Please do not forget the water board meeting on Monday!!         

Water Bill????

Has everyone received their new water bill??  Mine is $53,00 for $6,00 use of water, does this make since?

 CSD meeting of 2-22-11 once again we ratepayers have been abused by members of the
current sitting board instead of working on District issues and insuring clean, safe, affordable drinking water
we were subjected to the "witch hunt" of Bill and Lew.  They actually spitted out words of
criminal behavior of another board member.  Care to guess which board member??

If you guessed Vicki, you'd be right..

•      Has the board updated the current policy's and procedures of CSD?

•      Why is it that a certain employee and two board members do not want Vicki looking at the books??  Hmmm--mmm?

•      How long will these two board members continue with the harassment, lies, and character assassination of Vicki???

•     Any other ratepayer out there feed-up??

Can you believe these two wanting an investigation???  LDP CSD is not a police force or cop shop!!
